We’re on the lookout for brilliant young wordsmiths! Launching in early 2027, we’ll all be getting excited by a brand-new search for young story tellers between the age of 8 – 11. With a panel of judges including The Land of Roar’s Jenny McLachlan watch the website for details – and if your school doesn’t hear about it, let us know. We want them in!
And also coming to a school near you in the new year, the Petworth Literary Festival joins up with Chichester’s Children’s Book Festival to take authors into local schools with the simple of aim of GETTING EVERYONE EXCITED ABOUT READING.
